To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must: have attended High School in Northeast Ohio, have a current GPA of not less than 2.5 or equivalent, and be entering one of the last 3 years of their professional education. Please complete the application and send it along with a written recommendation from your Dean or a pharmacy faculty member familiar with your community service and involvement. The deadline for application and letter submission is April 1st of each year.
